Bowties, Boxes, and Bureaucracy
This is a short play written for a university class that was later chosen to be used in a later course on acting and directing. The play revolves around two characters, Jerry and Clive. They arrive at conflict as their tradition of “bowtie day” is only honored by one of them, but their attention quickly diverts to a new box in their shared office with a sign that says “Do not open” on it.
